Unlikely. Here's why. Outlook Express's auto-opening of attachments has been part of the problem in the security world. The pressure is to reduce such things, not expand them.

When I send a photo in JPEG as an attachment it is also viewable following the email, without having to explicitly open the attachment. However using PDF's or other file types that doesn't happen - one MUST open the attachment in order to view it. Are there some settings whereby a PDF or word document would also be viewable, following the email, as the JPEG is? Using win XP. thanks
