Hyperlinks broken
by TONI H / December 17, 2004 3:11 AM PST

Hyperlinks won't open from OE or IE..

Try the following steps (one by one):

1. Repair Internet Explorer. Click, Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs.

raddman, To find your Folder options open Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) click on Tools/Folder Options. Since you're using Windows XP you won't have Microsoft Unternet Explorer 6 in your Add/Remove Programs. Go to the link below and under the Resolution section try the possible fixes. Many times registering the referenced .dll files will correct the problem.;EN-US;Q281679

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
