Jun 6, 2007 12:20PM PDT

Hi...I accidentally emailed some over sized pictures and I got an error saying that what I sent exceeded to amount allowed...My problem is every time I go into outlook express it starts sending the same email again and again...How do I just cancel this email permanently?

Thank you in advance...

A trick. Disconnect from the Internet (just pull out the cable). Start Outlook Express. It will start sending the file, then give an error message about not being able to reach the server.
Then delete this mail from the Outbox, where it still will sit unsent.
Don't forget to restore the connection to the Internet when this is done.

Open Outlook Express

Delete the email from sent folder

Delete/remove the account

close Outlook Express

Go to webserver and make sure that the email is NOT there, if so, delete it.

Open Outlook Express

Install the account

Everything should be back to normal.
