Vista uses Windows Mail, OE messages & contacts can be imported.

I can't get oulook express on to log in and export my messages so how can I get the 19 messages over to windows maikl, if I can't get to outlook to export and then back to windows mail to import. thanks

You import them in Windows mail,

from the OE directory, you can't export them from OE as obviously it doesn' work.
