Outlook Express Address

My computer crashed and had to reformat.I did have a backup up using Ghost. After reinstalling files using Ghost and reinstalling OE I see there is nothing in my address book. Are these save when I run Ghost and if so where might they be. Also not related to OE but if anyone knows, I also don't have my favorites list in IE and one other thing, when I scroll through any page the scrolling is choppy not smooth.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try going to Internet Options > Advanced tab > scroll down to and select "Use smooth scrollong" > Apply > OK.

It [may] be necessary to restart the computer.
