Help please, Outlook Express will not receive or send e mails on my new computer. I purchased a Gateway 505gr in Dec Windows XP Home SP2. I transferred files from my old Compaq (Windows 98 2nd edition) via the Aloha Bob software. My ISP is optimu online and their e mail is working correctly. I also have Google g mail and Yahoo e mail which also seems to function properly. I can also send photos via Zoom Browser. I've tried calling my ISP and they "took control" of my Outlook Express configuration only to be told it is set up correctly and that my problem is in the registry and to contact Gateway. The fine folks at Gateway answer my email with a form reply to go to a MSN website which is no help at all. Any suggestions out there? Would appreciate any help. Thank you
