My grandmothers friend got a new computer..used oe6 someone told her Incredimail better so she downloaded it, found too hard to use deleted it. Called me and I have spent 4 hours with 3 Grannies and still don't know what they did!
Problem...1) stationery is listed but cannot view in preview window and when you say ok to it there is nothing in the new message window. I even downloaded some new Microsoft stationery but no go. 2) Cannot change color of font, can change size and type but not color. 3)Spelling tab is not in options folder and cannot check spelling in email as it is greyed out in new message/tools. I don't know wehat they did or where to look.
She has windows xp sp2 not sure of anything else as I was so busy trying to convince them they had to learn how tyo use the computer before they go looking for music and trying to burn it, or chat on MSN!!! They know nothing and have been downloading and deleting stuff like crazey oncce they realize the program doesn't run on it's own! But know they are all just foing to learn how to send emails!! and want stationery, colors and spell checker and I think they probably did something. Is there a web site that can check if Outlook Express is all there? I have been at work all day and feel like a real rookie as I am brain dead after sitting with the ladies all night. Hopefully someone has an idea for me. Oh and yes I have the HTML checked off and pictures and just don;t know where to look anymore. Thanks for your help
