Hi Guys,

Can you help me!
How do I transfer my LOCAL FOLDERS from 1 PC ( stand alone )to another via CD disc or floppy disc. A step by step guide would be appreciated.
Your help would also be appreciated.

Regards, Keith.

How to find out how.

Type OLEXP BACKUP into google.com Microsoft has a complete article about this. ANY OTHER METHOD YOU DREAM UP IS SOMETHING YOU'LL HAVE TO SORT OUT.

Visit my site below, scroll down to the Software link, and download the Outlook Express free backup utility. Much easier than the MS procedure. It will back up everything including user information, or just folders to your choice of destination. After it's set up once, one click is all that is needed for future backups.

Good luck,

open your burning software, select the folders you want to copy and burn the CD. This will work for data and other files you created or downloaded. It will not work to transfer programs. They will need to be installed.
