If I copy something (containing both text & picture) from an e-mail, and then paste it into another e-mail. The picture portion will not send. Is there a way to make both text & picture send?

You need to "Forward" the email to the next person.

The email you receive stores the image in a temporary folder. You cannot copy and paste images like that.

The other way is to right click the image and select "Save as", (or "Save image as"), and save the image to a convenient temporary folder. Your desktop would do as a temporary place. Then construct your email and click the Attach button, navigate to your tempoary storage folder, and highlight the image and click OK.

Then the email will send the image as an attachment.

The next problem is, will the person who recieves the email be able to see the attachment or image? That depends on "their" email settings.
