I have a small network of about 35 users. We have an outside email server. All of a sudden, any users that use Outlook Express and not Outlook itself can no longer send emails but can receive. Any suggestions?

If it affects multiple machines, it's a server thing. Contact them.

"If you are using pop3 and not hosted exchange, the only difference would be in each client's server settings. You need to make sure the smpt server is correct as well as the port. Sometimes the servers switch to required authentication or encrypted ssl ports. Look under advanced settings to configure these options.
