"we are currently facing problem in our office Email network via outlook for this we have 20 MBPS internet broadband connection whose main IP is Dynamic.With 30 PCs connected through wired network via switch additionally some laptops on wireless too, with Email hosting service with Private company Rapid compute around 30 Email accounts .some time problem comes in such a way that Outlook email outgoing fails but Internet browsing in working plus When we access Email server via Web mail then Outgoing & incoming both works normally .Only problem occurs with Outlook SMTP server mostly outgoing fails.So In order to rectify this issue we restart our Main Internet Device and usually with this method Email starts work normally via outlook for some time non linear then same problem occurs again .
