- What version of Outlook (97, 2000, 2002=XP, 2003, 2007)?
- You write "import and save". Do you happen to mean "export"?
- Are it full fledged Outlook contacts (with names and telephone number and whatever more Outlook contacts have) or just email-addresses that happen to popup, but aren't in your Contacts folder?

http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/outlook/HA011394511033.aspx tells where it is: in a .nk2 file.

But there's no procedure to add these automatically to the Contacts folder. That's understandable in some way, because there are no data (like names, addresses, phone numbers) attached to them at all. So it would be very empty contacts.

I'm afraid you will have to write your own program (VB, VBA or Windows Scripting maybe to read that file and for each record, insert a Contact in the Outlook database.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
