Outlook can not recall sent emails

Hi i am using a win XP, office 2003. For some reason even though i have installed all the required add ons i can not recall a sent email in outlook 2003.

I simple get an error message saying can not recall sent email, please run setup and add th required add ons

http://www.nusnet.nus.edu.sg/exchange/Tip-RecallMessage.htm is quite clear:
"This feature requires you to be using a Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account. The recipient of the mail you want to recall must also be using an Exchange server e-mail account."

So the first step would be to contact the administrator of the MS Exchange Server that hosts your e-mail account. If he can't help, the next person to sort this out would be the administrator of your PC. This assumes this is a business PC. Most private PC's aren't connected to MS Exchange, after all.

Hello Kees

I have tried this with the users email address trying to recall an email sent to my email address and we are on the same domain and use the same exchange server and still i get an error

Saying feature is not installed. i have done the same install i do on all computers So not sure why this one is not working
