Outlook Calendar not showing any events after upgrade

I upgraded from win2k professional to XP professional and now my outlook calendar is not functioning correctly. I?m running Office 2003 and I have already installed the Office 2003 SP1 patch. The problem is that I?m unable to see any of the past events or any future reoccurring events in the calendar. The strange thing is that I?m still getting the pop-up reminders for my scheduled meetings. I did a ?Find? in my calendar for both a past and upcoming meeting and the search found the events. So I know the events are still there but I?m unable to see them.

The next problem which I assume is related to the first is that when I add a new event I?m unable to see it in the calendar.

Has anyone else run into this problem before and what was the resolution? Thanks in advance for the help.

No. But I have run into "similar" issues. The causes are many, but I usually find I need to backup everything about OL2003 *read http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=287070 and wipe out OL2003 then reinstall and then recover from backup.

If this doesn't cure it, then the call to Microsoft is made.
