I'm trying to setup a system where my end-users can book a laptop to use via "schedule meeting" in Outlook. It works fine if they remember to select the laptop and input as a "resource". But if they select the laptop as a required attendee instead of resource, it won't give them a message that it's already booked like it will if booked as a resource.
Is there a way to block people from booking the laptop as a required attendee, so they can only book as a resource? Wow! I even confused myself! Hope some of you understand what I'm trying to do here.
