But you didn't tell. The Exchange Server Scripting Agent could be invoked if you installed Outlook in Corporate Mode. Try the other mode.
Bob
I have been trying to install Outlook 97 on 2 computers - Wondows 98 and Windows Xp operating systems. Both came up with error message: "The add-in scrptxtn.dll could not be installed or loaded. Unable to load scrptxtn.dll. You may be out of memory, out of system resources, or missing a .ddl file." I installed both SR-1 and SR-2 patches which should have eliminated the problem. It didn't. The reason I need Outlook 97 is because it was the last Outlook that imported from my PIM program - Sidekick 98. I intend to then export the card data from Outlook 97 to the Palm 5.2 operating system on my Sony chlie PEG -TH 55, unless anyone has a better solution.
