It doesn't matter (to Microsoft) since they didn't tell you it would work with Windows XP.
If you moved back to an OS that they note it works with, you may complain, but as you know... its off the support list.
Please don't rant about it. You tried a combination that Microsoft noted as "no support" and found a bug.

THE OTHER ISSUE! If you are new to Windows NT, 2000, XP or Windows 2003, time may be a UTC or GMT value and not your local time. This throws people for a loop when they look at the timestamps on some CD in Windows 98 and Windows XP and find they don't match. I hope that's enough of a clue for you that... Microsoft was not consistent in time/date handling in the Operating Systems (OS).

Hi, recently i upgraded my os to windows xp. However i am still using office 97. Whenever i send email through
outlook 97, the time is always set back by 12 hrs when the recipient received it. Is it due to conflict between windows xp and outlook 97. Thks in advance
