Outlook

My calendar in Outlook seems to have a mind of its own. I have windows XP on a Dell Inspiron notebook. Up till now in the Monthly calendar view I could type in an appointment and it would show up exactly as typed. Now when I type in the same appointment the software adds another time to what I have typed in. I don't know how to change it back to do what I tell it to do with no extraneous activites. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thanks

Outlook's calendaring functions are managed mostly by your system adminstrators. you should be talking to them.

Make sure your regional data is correct - go to control panel. Also, make sure you're not getting your system time from a server you may log into.
