How to share contacts between Outlook profiles

almost, but not quite.

This seems more like sharing / sending the entire PST file, all I want to do is send a single distribution list to another person, who can then use it themselves.

Also, I did go through the entire instructions for exporting contacts from a Personnel Folder in one profile to anothe profile. The first two steps do not match what I have on my computer. I cannot find the "Folder List" on the view menu. Then it says select the folder you want, well, that's just it, I don't want to share a folder, just a single distribution list.

Thanks.

BTW such things are more about Exchange Server.

While I can copy contacts and send them, they are never was a list or group for me to send over but all the contacts for the receiver to drag and drop into the list they created there in their own Outlook.

Once in a while someone wants a feature that is not in Outlook. I don't see this feature and can only offer the workaround.

Outlook Distribution list

Your distribution list should be in the Contacts folder.
When you follow the instruction at the Microsoft link (Export Contacts step #6) choose the distribution list folder.
