Outlook 2007 - System Tray

Hi all

I have to work with Outlook all day with the emails, the calendar, task and notes. Mostly I rely on reminders from the calendar and the task. Mainly what I want to find out is if there is a way to have outlook running only from the system tray by the clock and the whole program doesn't have to be open on the taskbar.
