Arg, I was right about the upcoming meeting having the same problem...
The previous one has stopped reminding me now (and is no longer filling my deleted items folder with unsent tentative responses), but now another meeting is doing it.
In the time it took to write that previous sentence, I've had 3 reminders. Driving. Me. Mad.
And there's two more upcoming meetings creating unsent meeting responses in my deleted items folder as well... What the hell is going on?? D:
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Just tried disabling cached exchange mode, and it didn't help.
This is driving me absolutely mad.
I'm using Outlook 2007, with an Exchange server for my work email.
A colleague created a meeting request, which I accepted... but now it will. not. go. away. How to explain...
It reminds me that the meeting is overdue. Every few minutes. It's now 2 days overdue, and it keeps reminding me.
It seems to be recreating itself every few minutes, to which I seem to automatically "tentatively accept", and then remind me. The reminder field seems to contain "1525252321 minutes".
I've tried accepting it, declining it, sending response, not sending response, deleting it, getting rid of the reminder, dismissing the reminder, and so on and so on...
It just keeps on coming back.
I've also noticed my Deleted Items folder filling up with unsent meeting responses saying that I'm tentative. One every few minutes.
There's now another meeting, an upcoming one, which seems to be resetting itself constantly... I've accepted it a few times, but it keeps putting me back to tentative and spamming up my deleted items folder...
