Question

Outlook 2003 small pita issue

Jan 15, 2014 5:19AM PST

In the reading pane of Outlook, no matter how many times I confirm that the sender is 'safe' and so is the site she messages me from, I have to always click the 'allow links' bar before I can see anything she sends as a link to me.

I've put her in my 'trusted sites' as well in Tools/Options/Security, but her emails are the only ones I have to always allow the links for. How do I stop that minor annoyance?

While we have such at the office the one thing, the only think I know is if folk didn't install Office SP3 really weird stuff happens. And on Windows 7/8 other things appear broked.

and the program works just fine....I just can't get it to stop with the bar that says it's blocking links (like the toolbar you get asking if you want to download a file in IE or allow popups temporarily at some website)....but when you click that bar, it says, 'allow links', 'put send in safe zone', and 'put website in safe zone' as the choices. Even putting her in the safe zone and putting the website in the safe zone doesn't stop the bar from coming up for her every single time I read her emails.

She is my D-I-L and she send me links to her facebook page whenever she posts a new picture of the kids or Derek.......so it's not like she's spamming me or can't be trusted with that link to the post.

Like I said...it's a minor pita and if it can't be stopped, I'll just keeping click the bar to allow the links.

It's under the 'Junk E-Mail' options settings.......Tools/Options/Preferences/Junk E-Mail/Options
