That option is not available on Outlook 2003, but there is a way around it using alerts. I guess I answered my own question ![]()
Does anyone know of a way to have the notification to come up when new mail is sent to another folder, other than the inbox? Example: I have any emails from certain clients automatically sent to an appropriate folder under my inbox. The only time I get notified of a new email, is when it goes to my inbox, so if my client emails me, I wont knwo until I actually look at outlook.
