Outlook 2003 Journal Views

Aug 16, 2005 8:05AM PDT

We have a small office that uses the journal in Outlook 2003 for an In/Out board. We share everyone's journal and it's easy to look to see if someone is out of office, on the phone, etc. A couple questions though:

Currently we have to look at each person's journal individually, which is fine for most, but the receptionist would like to look at everyone's journal at one time. any ideas?

Also, when you open someone's journal, the view is what they have chosen. Can I set my Outlook so it always opens anyone's journal in a certain view?

Thanks for any help you can give me with these!
