OUTLOOK 2003 - For follow up not working

When I click on "For Follow Up"
I get following message

the operation failed. The object could not be found

I have done all updates for the Office 2003
I tried deleting frmcache.dat... No Joy

There areOutlook 2003 Hotfix Packages that may be needed. In fact there are a few that you only get by calling in a specific problem.

Did you call Microsoft AFTER you installed all the lovely updates?

I got all hotfix packs, the problem was a corrupt pst file. The fix is to create a new pst file and copy all emails via archive. Works a treat.
