Outlook 2003 filtering good emails into Junk folder

I have the same issues as in this thread from last year. I had no problems until about a month ago. I have told Outlook that thesee emails are safe and applied a rule to always allow them, but it has a mind of it's own. Mailwasher sees them as friends. I get some emails through, but not many.

I did a search for Office 2003, but nothing came up. I already did a repair from Outlook and nothing changed. Office 2003 on an HP XP Home PC w/512Ram.

I ran the latest Office 2003 updates yesterday, including one for junk mail filtering, but I still have the problem. Any ideas?
