By default the pst-file in XP is in
C:\Documents and Settings\<your user name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder and it's called Outlook.pst. Did you have a look there? The folder might be hidden, then set Explorer to show hidden files and folders.
Reinstalling Outlook from the CD probably won't help. Repairing the .pst file might.

No upgrades to any of the above software...
Days ago - Outlook 2003 tells me FATAL crash -
I cannot get into Outlook [continual error message; send MS report; error loop, etc.]
I also cannot find any .pst files to try to repair??
Yes, probably had too many emails [800+??], but w out finding .pst files how can I recover?
Can I just re-install MS Outlook - or do I have to install Suite???
Please help this tech neophyte ....
