Outlook 2003

I am having problems with sending email using Outlook 2003. If I use the Detect and Repair function will it effect my personal settings or deleted emails and folders etc?.

back up those *.pst files to another location then ...

go ahead and try it then you tell us.

If it does you replace the new *.pst file with the old that you backed up.
