How do you get the gridlines to show in your Outlook inbox? I am trying to get my views to look like this:

Can you help?

I tried setting this as follows:
Click on View
select Arrange By
select Custom
Select Other Settings
By the Gridlines and Group Headings I selected Solid gridline.

Nothing happened.

Thank you!

But after I went there I had to OK my way out.

Be sure that your Outlook is fully updated from Microsoft then and if still broken call it in. They don't charge for legitimate bug reports.

What do you mean when you say

BE sure that Outlook is fully updated from Microsoft. How do I check that?

Thank you so much!

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
