Outlook 2000 to 2007

by Antonstef / September 28, 2009 8:20 PM PDT

I had Outlook 2000 & just installed Office 2007.
I had a list of Favourites [web sites, Bank login page, etc]conveniently available at the top of Outlook.
Now its not there in 2007 version.
Going to Google [my browser] has them , but not as convenient , as I dont leave my browser on.
Can I get my Favourites back in Outlook 2007??

Outlook 2000 to 2007 - Favorites

Thanks Kees,
Tried that - Got 'Organise Favorites', which yields an empty blue box.
Also got 'Add to Favorites' which enables me to add the current page to my old list of Favorites.
BUT - I still dont have the ability, in Outlook, to open my Favorites list & choose the link to sites such as my bank or other favourites I regularly use.
Can anyone please get back what I had in Outlook 2000?
Thanks.

I looked at my own Outlook 2007 here.

I've got a lot of urls (seems like the whole history, not the favorites) in the drop down box of the Web toolbar. That's all I can offer you. But it might not be exactly what you're looking for.

It seems Microsoft changed Outlook. Your choice now: change with them and open a browser window or keep using the old Outlook.

In View>Toolbars (of the Dutch edition, sorry) I've got 3 toolbars: standard, advanced and web. And Web gives a drop down box with url's that open if I choose one.

Terminology might be different in your version. But I expect the functionality to be the same.

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
