(1) In situations where 4 or 5 staff members share a machine, and they are using Win 98, how can they have individual local mail folders that do not 'combine' into one large local mail folder? And if so, how can we make it so that one user cannot 'see' the information in another user's local mail?
That would require Windows 2000, NTFS and multiple logon accounts.
(2) Also, we have situations where one single user has 4+ IMAP mail accounts. Is it possible for that user to have that many separate IMAP mail accounts in Outlook 2000?
Yes.

We are presently considering migrating from Netscape 4.75 to Outlook 2000 (IMAP). Half of our OS are Windows 98 and half are Win2000 machines. I have two questions.
