I am running XP, Office 2000, Cox Cable Modem, Norton Anti-Virus, and Zone Alarm. I can send and receive emails from anyone that is not using Cox cable modems. When I send an email to someone using Cox Cable modems, they get the email ok, but when they reply, whatever they type does not come through, all I get is the original email I sent them. They have to send me a completely new email and type their reply on it for me to get it. I have been over and over my email settings, cna I can't figure it out. I called Cox Communications, and it stumps them. Any ideas from a computer guru before I go nuts? The other people on Cox that I send emails to say I am the only one that has this problem, all their other friends are just fins.
