I'm working in Windows 7
there's no Out Of Office Assistant in my Tools drop down menu. Any ideas?

That's not a function of Windows 7. Neither, by the way, is a Tools drop down menu. But I happen to know it's part of MS Outlook. Did you install that? If it's connected to an Exchange server, contact the administrator of that server. If it's standalone, you're out of luck. Then see if the web-based mail offered by your ISP lets you define such a message.

Yes, the Out of Office Assistant is part of Outlook. Check out this site though to get it back if you do not see it in your Tools Menu!

I hope this helps!
