Out Of Memory Question:

Usually when Windows gives you an error message specifying what program is the problem. With that knowledge go to Control Panel, click on Programs and Features, and when that window open select the program the error message specified. Click to uninstall it.

Depending on how much memory you have, you may need to uninstall more than one program.
