Question

Our Samsung Blu Ray player tray constantly opens on its own

Mar 18, 2016 6:12AM PDT

The tray opens on its own every 4-5 minutes while watching tv and switches to Smart Hub on a different HBMI channel. After hours speaking to Samsung on the phone, it appears that no one knows how to fix this and we cannot buy a replacement that works with our system. Any suggestions?
