Our Frankenstein...

"Thank God Saddam is finally back in American hands! He must have really missed us. Man, he sure looked bad! But, at least he got a free dental exam today. That's something most Americans can't get.
America used to like Saddam. We LOVED Saddam. We funded him. We armed him. We helped him gas Iranian troops."

Of course, Mary Kay, you're not supposed to have seen the U.N. analysis of the gas that was used in the Iran-Iraq war (mostly mustard-type.)
From the report:
The absence in the sample analysed in Sweden and Switzerland of polysulphides and of more than a trace of sulphur indicates that it is not of past US-government manufacture, for all US mustard was made by the Levinstein process from ethylene and mixed sulphur chlorides. That process is also said to have been the one used by the USSR. From similar reasoning, British-made mustard, too, can probably be ruled out, even though substantial stocks were once held at British depots in the Middle East.".

Unfortunately I doubt it. There had been many chances to do so before the friendship with Saddam...

That's How I meant it :) For the mere mention of Michael Moore's........
Dec 18, 2003 10:32AM PST

name makes me press the thumb end of my closed fist to my lips and press my tongue against the inside of my cheek, thereby producing a very rude gesture.

That's the cleanest way I can express my opinion of him without getting deleted, heh, heh.

BTW Ian,I was begining to wonder if anyone would catch that-congrats,lol.

Amazing technique...

that most of the people in this thread have to debate. There are only two people who are actually discussing Michael Moore's opinions in this matter. The rest is pure attacks on his person. I guess he didn't write the article in order to get hugged by the right-wing people though...

Hi, Tony.

Have you ever seen "Roger and Me?" It's really quite good, and is truly a documentary, unlike his later work.
