Organizing!

Im looking for a program I can use to get myself a little more organized.

Right now my PC is in my living room so im mostly around it while im at home. I need something that would give me a reminder every 2 hours. Also other periodic events throughout the day. I have been looking at some but i cant seem to find one that has an reminder that i can set for every 2 hours.

I would like to know what your opinions on the best programs for this type of thing.

I Googled;

Hourly Task Scheduler for Windows

and came across this web site;
http://www.kalab.com/freeware/cron/cron.htm

I haven't tried it, so I don't know how useful/easy it would be. But it may be something you are looking for. Or perhaps there are others in the Google search.
