After I open Orbit v4.1.1.17 or lower version, I can't surf the internet already. I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium.

What I meant is there's something prevent from accessing the internet after I open Orbit. I have to restart my PC to be able to access to the internet.
Then don't run Orbit until this is solved. On the home page I note they don't list Windows 8 as a supported platform. But since you didn't tell your OS it's not clear if that's a relevant observation.
http://www.orbitdownloader.com/ has its own forum. That might be a better place to discuss your issue.

But folk can miss it. For now I'm going to slam this maker. I've lost count of the problems with those downloaders.
In short, if it fails, go try another. You can see how much support there is from them!
