Orbit Keith Pough - Windows Starts with System Settings

Hello,

I am Orbit Keith Pough and i am a business man. I am using a HP laptop. whenever i start my system, my system reaches in operating system settings. Ask to run the setup of operating system.
I am using Windows XP. I have tried to change the settings but it is not working.
Any suggestion?
