*Which* model Samsung?

That's the real crux of the issue. Some HDTVs may only work with certain types of (third party) keyboards, if those enter the mix as options. Etc.

Answer
If it supports the usual USB HID Keyboard

You tell them to get the Logitech K400.

If they want to fuss with the apps to get remote control you never offer support as all it takes is a firewall in the router and blammo, you enter into a discussion about firewalling your LAN and why anyone needs that.

In my opinion, Samsung could offer an expensive, say 200 USD buck keyboard and consumers would pay because the maker would say that works.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
