Opinions on Pana SDR-H18

I am looking for a new camcorder. I was planning on getting a hard disk drive camcorder and had decided on the Panasonic SDR-H18. Any opnions on this camcorder?

I am also open to other suggestions. My budget is ~$450 and will be used for home video.
