Can anyone help, Printer will not operate due to message " Absorbtion pad saturated, change ink cartridge. I have only used 50% of a very expensive ink cartridge. My question is how does the software measure this condition (ink counter ?) Cannot find internal information on pad numbers if so can I remove them for de-saturation. I am dexterous in the strip & rebuild of delicate equipment. Is there a method of setting the counter ( if indeed this is the problem ) ?
