Operation aborted?!

Apr 2, 2007 8:00AM PDT

When I try to access a discussion board on CNET, it does come up, but then a window comes up in front of it that says "Internet Explorer cannot open the site ... Operation aborted. Then it reverts to "page cannot be displayed" - when the page WAS displayed right in back of it. What's going on?

This My tracked discussions window is popping up every 5 seconds and won't go away, even when I was on the board that was listed in this 'popup'.
