Why are not all operating systems discussed? Why are not all processor types discusssed?

The OS forums are created by Lee based on demand, but Computer Help is a generic forum that can accommodate the odd-request concerning Windows 3.1, Solaris (Unix-based), etc. And as for processors, the Hardware forums are all inclusive. The only limitation is the need for people to ask the questions and others to know the answers.
