Save the attachment to my desktop. Then I see what it opens with.

When I create an e-mail message in Microsoft Outlook and attach a document which has been created using Microsoft Word, I want it to open as a Microsoft Word document. However, what actually happens when the document is opened is that it is opened in Adobe.
How can I change this?
