I don't think so, but

is it really a problem?

If you have a folder called, for example, PersonalStuff, and use Search to find it, Search will list PersonalStuff as a folder icon which is easily identified.

Anything else it finds with words similar to Personal and/or Stuff can be disregarded.

3 ways

In DOS:
Get to your root directory:
cd \

then enter for folder "whatever":
dir whatever /ad/s/b

If you only know that "whatver" is part of the folder name, then, instead:
dir *whatever* /ad/s/b

If you want a Windows application to do searching, the built-in Search can not be limited to only folders, but you can download other tools that will do that.
Freeware suggestions:
Agent Ransack or Xteq X-Find
