What format are the songs on and off your ilo? (where did you get them) And what bit rate are they at? And how much memory does it have and do you know if its full?

I am new to the whole process. I have ripped songs into Windows media. When I sync it it says all of the songs are there but when I search the files on my device they aren't showing up. Int. Media is at 994 MB and Int. Free is at 631 MB. I appreciate any help you can give me.

look in windows media go to tools, options, then click rip music. The box where it says copy protect files see if its checked off or not.

I don't know how to drag and drop files. What I am doing in media player is right clicking on the song transfering it to the sync list and then synchornizing.

you go to my computer(with the mp3 plugged in and on) then click on ilo player or some removable disk that pops up.
You then take your music from whereever it is(eg my music) and click on it and drag and drop to the device.

Also, is all of your music from ripped cds?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
