Question

Online monitoring of changes in the registry_utility.

Feb 14, 2014 6:30PM PST

I'm sure other places addressed this question.
I haven't found an appropriate answer.
Seeking a way/sw to control program changes to the Windows7 registry.
I tried ExamDiff or Regshot that I do not meet. There is something "free, user friendly and simple"?
thanks for advice
Peter

Why do you want to do this?

The commonly accepted view of tampering with any Windows OS registry is, "don't do that". Leave it alone.

Such tools are not user friendly to those new to this. I really like REGMON which has been rolled up into a tool set but imagine the new user taking a sip from a fire hose.

About the same reaction.

REGMON from one of those folk. Great tools but a firehose of information.
