Frankly any business that trusts such places without a local backup won't be around long in my opinion.

I have a small pr firm and am trying to find a good online backup service specifically for business. I've tried Mozy but haven't been happy with it as of late and I'm skeptical about Carbonite after researching and reading the reviews. I have employees with computer skills but no dedicated IT staffing. Any solid recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

These services are a good way to have an offsite backup, but you
must have a local backup too especially with large files because it
might take several hours to recover your data in case of a hard drive
crash. I use Backup Freedom online
backup , the service is reliable and not expensive.<span id="INSERTION_MARKER">
Id probably try Vanguard Online Backup (VOB) they are what I use and you dont have to manage it your self which is nice. They have a support channel you can call into 24/7 plus they set it all up for you remotely and monitor it for you. The really good thing I liked about it was it was unlimited data. They do bare metal backup, system state backup, and pretty much everything all the "big guys" do for a better price. Here is the address to check them out if you like www.vanguardtech.ca/backup
