about a guy who had gone to VietNam on vacation (can't recall if he was an ex-vet revisiting years later though), and found in one of the open air markets a box full of dogtags. He bought them all for a couple of bucks and then started tracking down the families (in some cases, the people they belonged to were still alive and just lost them there) and returned the dogtags. He had said that he had made some contacts before leaving VietNam and that as more dogtags were found in markets, etc. that they would be sent to him to continue his 'quest'.
Wondering if this woman isn't related to him or maybe part of an organization of some type that got started based on that guy's store carrying on his original idea....
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
